SeaCare 24H-Performance Moisturize & Even-Out Face Toner is developed to improve the color and condition of the skin and make it bright and smooth. Light in texture and quickly absorbed, this formulation is enriched with Urea, a powerful moisturizing ingredient that offers excellent moisturization efficacy and skin elasticity. With potent hydrating properties Urea can lock moisture into the skin keeping the outer layer of the skin moisturized and balanced at its healthiest state; and Vitamin B3, a powerful ingredient for moisturizing, brightening and rejuvenating the skin. Vitamin B3 is an essential nutrient that reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL), strengthens the hydrolipid barrier of the skin and improves its appearance. The toner contains Vitamin E, a natural powerful antioxidant that helps prevent or reverse damage from ultraviolet radiation, nourishes and protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals that play a large part in the aging process. Also contains Aloe Vera Juice, a natural ingredient that offers many benefits and is suited for all skin types, especially dry, damaged, broken, sensitive and irritated skin, provides antioxidant, humectant, soothing and anti-itch qualities for skin; Apple Juice, Peach Juice and Hordeum Extract, are great for two things: anti-aging and skin-smoothing, they are high in antioxidants to protect the skin from free radicals, and to help it maintain youthful elasticity for longer; Ginseng Root Extract, helps prevent skin aging and reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles; Wheat Extract, a skin-softening agent that provides the optimum care for sensitive and damaged skin. Everyday use of this toner will help to moisturize the skin and even out its tone, reduce the appearance of micro-wrinkles and delay the signs of skin aging.
DIRECTIONS: Moisten some cotton wool with toner. Apply to entire face and tap lightly with straight motions, moving from the center of the face outwards. For maximum effect, use SeaCare 24H-Performance Cleanse & Even-Out Face Gel prior to using this toner and SeaCare 24H-Performance Moisturize & Even-Out Face Cream or Serum after this toner.
